Joshimath Update मॉडल प्री फैब शेल्टर का निमार्ण कार्य शुरू, अभी तक 278 परिवार विस्थापित, 873 भवनों में दरार

Dehradun/ Joshimath. सीबीआरआई द्वारा जोशीमठ में उद्यान विभाग की भूमि पर मॉडल प्री फैब शेल्टर का निमार्ण कार्य आरम्भ हुआ, ढाक गांव, चमोली में मॉडल प्री फैब शेल्टर निर्माण हेतु भूमि का चयन होने के बाद भूमि समतलीकरण बिजली, पानी, सीवर आदि की व्यवस्था हेतु कार्यवाही प्रारम्भ हुई। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर भराणीसैंण विधानसभा के हॉस्टलों में विस्थापितों के रहने की व्यवस्था का विकल्प खुला रखा गया है। जोशीमठ में अग्रिम राहत के तौर पर 3.45 करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि 261 प्रभावित परिवारों को वितरित की गई।

सचिव आपदा प्रबन्धन डा0 रंजीत कुमार सिन्हा ने सोमवार को मीडिया सेन्टर, सचिवालय में जोशीमठ नगर क्षेत्र में हो रहे भू-धंसाव एवं भूस्खलन के उपरान्त राज्य सरकार द्वारा किये जा रहे राहत व बचाव तथा स्थायी/अस्थायी पुनर्वास आदि से सम्बन्धित किये जा रहे कार्यो की मीडिया को जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि जोशीमठ में अग्रिम राहत के तौर पर 3.45 करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि 261 प्रभावित परिवारों को वितरित की गई है। उद्यान विभाग, एचडीआरआई, जोशीमठ के पास स्थित भूमि पर केन्द्रीय भवन अनुसंधान संस्थान रूड़की के सहयोग से वन बीएचके, टू बीएचके व थ्री बीएचके के मॉडल प्रोटोटाइप प्रीफ्रेब्रिकेटेड शेल्टर का निर्माण कार्य आरम्भ हो चुका है। ढाक गांव, चमोली में वन बीएचके, टू बीएचके व थ्री बीएचके के मॉडल प्रोटोटाइप प्रीफ्रेब्रिकेटेड शेल्टर निर्माण हेतु भूमि चयन होने के बाद भूमि समतलीकरण, बिजली, पानी, सीवर आदि की व्यवस्था हेतु कार्यवाही प्रारम्भ हो चुकी है। आवश्यकता पड़ने पर भराणीसैंण विधानसभा के हॉस्टलों में विस्थापितों के रहने की व्यवस्था का विकल्प खुला रखा गया है।

सचिव आपदा प्रबन्धन ने जानकारी दी है कि जोशीमठ में प्रारम्भ में निकलने वाले पानी का डिस्चार्ज जो कि 06 जनवरी 2023 को 540 एल.पी.एम. था, वर्तमान में घटकर 180 एलपीएम हो गया है। अस्थायी रूप से चिन्हित राहत शिविरों में जोशीमठ में कुल 656 कक्ष हैं जिनकी क्षमता 2940 लोगों की है तथा पीपलकोटी में 491 कक्ष हैं जिनकी क्षमता 2205 लोगों की है। अभी तक 863 भवनों में दरारें दृष्टिगत हुई है। उन्होनें जानकारी दी कि गांधीनगर में 01, सिंहधार में 02, मनोहरबाग में 05, सुनील में 07 क्षेत्र / वार्ड असुरक्षित घोषित किए गए हैं। 181 भवन असुरक्षित क्षेत्र में स्थित है। 278 परिवार सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत अस्थायी रूप से विस्थापित किये गये हैं। विस्थापित परिवार के सदस्यों की संख्या 933 है।

Construction of Model Pre Fabricated Shelters started by CBRI on the land of Horticulture Department in Joshimath

After the selection of land for construction of model pre-fab shelters in Dhak village, Chamoli, work has been started for land leveling, electricity, water, sewer etc.

If required, the option of arranging accommodation for displaced persons in the hostels of Bhararisain Vidhansabha has been kept open.

An amount of Rs 3.45 crore has been distributed to 261 affected families as interim relief in Joshimath.

Secretary Disaster Management, Dr. Ranjit Kumar Sinha, on Monday at the Media Center, Secretariat, briefed media about the work being done by the state government related to relief, rescue and permanent/temporary rehabilitation etc after land subsidence and landslides in the Joshimath town area. Dr. Sinha informed that an amount of Rs 3.45 crore has been distributed to 261 affected families in Joshimath as interim relief. The construction work of One BHK, Two BHK and Three BHK model prototype prefabricated shelters has started by Central Building Research Institute Roorkee on the land located near Horticulture Department, HDRI, Joshimath. After selection of land for construction of model prototype prefabricated shelters of One BHK, Two BHK and Three BHK in Dhak village, Chamoli, work has been started for land leveling, arrangement of electricity, water, sewer etc. If required, the option of arranging accommodation for the displaced families in the hostels of Bhararisain Vidhansabha has been kept open.

Secretary Disaster Management has informed that the initial discharge of water in Joshimath which was 540 LPM on January 06, 2023, has currently reduced to 180 LPM. In the temporarily identified relief camps, Joshimath has a total of 656 rooms with a capacity of 2940 people and Pipalkoti has 491 rooms with a capacity of 2205 people. Till now cracks have been noticed in 863 buildings. He informed that 01 area/ward has been declared unsafe in Gandhinagar, 02 in Singhdhar, 05 in Manoharbagh, 07 in Sunil. 181 buildings are located in unsafe area. 278 families have been temporarily displaced in view of security. The number of displaced family members is 933.
